Salary: £22,000pa

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in helping our client communicate with their customers. You'll be a crucial part of the Operations team - linking up all the customer-affecting activity across the business and making sure they keep their customers updated.

It could be a dream fit for somebody with a real passion for data and detail. You will need to feel energised by working at speed and with competing deadlines, whilst communicating effectively across teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

  • Communicating in bulk to our clients about important updates

  • Identifying the need to book additional lessons or give credit and refunds to clients where required

  • Reviewing high volumes of customer data within our CRM

  • Work closely with our Customer Service team to provide timely communications to our parents

  • Support the Marketing department in processing campaigns

  • Maintain an accurate record of communication via our systems

  • Support the Operations department in additional ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks throughout the year

Skills and Experience

  • Confident reviewing, re-cutting, and organising large volumes of data

  • Organised with high attention to detail

  • Exceptional administrative skills

  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to work

  • Passionate about helping our customers and your team

  • Strong IT skills

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel (essential)

  • Experience working with Mailchimp (preferred)
