JOB TITLE: Operations Administrator

LOCATION: Exeter / Hybrid - Flexible, hybrid working offered after induction and training period!

Some local travel will be required therefore drivers licence needed.

SALARY: up to £24,000 plus fantastic benefits package!

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, either 8.00am-4.00pm or 9.00am-5.00pm

THE ROLE: We are looking for an excellent administrator or coordinator, or someone with compliance or projects experience, who can provide efficient management and administrative support to the General Manager, in relation to managing the company's Project Operations. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for the office communications; liaising with Service Providers and Authority/Trust Staff to ensure an effective level of service is constantly maintained.

You will be working as part of a friendly, small team supporting projects based in the South-West. This job offers so much flexibility for the right person!


  • Support the General Manager as required

  • Manage all office records and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based

  • Deal with incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining the highest standard of communication and presentation via telephone, email and in person

  • Ensure Service Providers and the Authorities adhere to the appropriate procedures and policies

  • Undertake site reviews

  • Attend multidisciplinary groups and committees

  • Organise and co-ordinate meetings

  • Support the General Manager in contractor and sub-contractor performance monitoring regimes

  • Support in ensuring that all Service Providers provide evidence of contractual compliance

  • Coordinate the production of project Board packs

  • Excellent written and presentational skills

  • Thorough attention to detail

  • Efficient in Microsoft Office suite


  • Knowledge of quality, environmental and health and safety standards

  • Experience of working with complex contractual arrangements

  • Recent DBS checks advantageous

  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise accordingly

  • Must be a driver with access to your own transport
