JOB ROLE: HYBRID! Operations Administrator - AMAZING CULTURE - up to £30K!

JOB TYPE: PERMANENT

COMPANY: Dynamic, forward-thinking Recruitment Consultants with a fantastic team!

HOURS: 9:00am-5:30pm

SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

* Manage the full compliance for all candidates and clients and ensure all policies and onboarding are in line with regulatory and ethical standards
* Contribute to developing and implementing a robust compliance programme and provide compliance advice, guidance and support as requested
* Support the Contracts Manager with non-standard contract review and liaise with the recruitment team to support their client contract queries and negotiations
* Review all client-side terms prior to processing any contract deals already on file
* Check all candidates/suppliers/assignments and clients added on to the system to ensure accuracy
* Review and amend all terms provided by consultants, checking client information on Companies House
* Ensure all contractor queries are resolved in a timely manner

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

* Experience in a similar role or office-based experience desired
* Very good communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent work ethic and fantastic attitude
* A friendly, positive individual who loves to be a part of a team dynamic
* Excellent attention to detail
