Overview:



An amazing opportunity to join a well-established healthcare company, who have a family friendly feel and take pride in all their staff as well as their patients.



My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist who can juggle and prioritise tasks and successfully meet deadlines. You will have a positive & enthusiastic attitude with a good work ethic!



As their Product Complaint Specialist, you will ensure that all product complaints received are managed in a timely and compliant manner.


Sound interesting?... Daily Duties include:



  • Management of Product Complaints and Adverse events received across business unit

  • First point of contact for all telephone and email complaints

  • Ensure that all product complaints are logged in a timely manner

  • Ensure that all communication with consumers is conducted in a timely manner and ensuring that the customer is kept up to date at all times of proceedings

  • Ensure that all events and communications related to a case are logged



  • Regularly review Medical Query cases logged by Teleperformance to ensure queries are recorded

  • Cover the business unit's complaint management whilst covering colleagues when out of office

  • Run monthly SOX compliance reports related to all Customer Service processes when needed



  • Building strong internal and external relationships by working collaboratively with the stakeholders

  • Keeping the financials of the business in mind



Required:



  • Previous experience in a customer service environment

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Quick learner

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to face issues in a calm and professional manner

  • Good professional communication, managing stakeholders
