Office Relocation Coordinator (fixed term contract)


Salary: £45k


Length of post: fixed term until October 2021


Location: Vauxhall


Do you have experience project managing an office move for a large company? If so, this could be a great contract position for you!


This not for profit organisation is based along the River Thames at Albert Embankment and their new office is a short walk away!


With lots of great pubs and cafe's locally this is a great location to be based when you are in the office, although the position will offer flexible working when possible!


Duties of the role:



  • Oversee a successful move by implementing a project plan to be completed within the desired time frame

  • Work with the COO to work towards design and layout, expenditure for the new office, actions in the plan are implemented

  • Liaise with the Financial Controller in regard to funds for expenditure

  • Health and Safety

  • Coordinate and made the move of physical items

  • Ensure technology and telecoms are in place and schedule the installation

  • Purchase and delivery of items

  • Deal with and anticipate issues and delays and make solutions

  • Manage third party involvement



Requirements:



  • Experience of managing a large-scale office move

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Immediately available to start a new role

  • Happy with a fixed term contract until October

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with third party contractors
