This is not your average Office Manager position. It's a strategic, operational, people-focused, and hands-on leadership role that touches nearly every part of the business - from warehouse workflow to HR, from systems to sales support, and from compliance to coffee machine maintenance (yes, really).
We're working with a well-established business in the Newbridge area to recruit an experienced and proactive manager who thrives on structure, strategy, and people leadership - and who enjoys being at the centre of everything from logistics to HR, systems to compliance, and team development to day-to-day problem-solving.
π§ What You'll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the smooth running of both office and warehouse operations
- Managing and supporting teams across admin, sales support, and logistics
- Coordinating workflows, rotas, and holiday cover
- Leading on HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Driving process improvements and implementing operational policies
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and other regulatory requirements
- Managing facilities, equipment, and supplier relationships
- Supporting financial processes including expenses and budget prep
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT, systems, and website issues
- Assisting with marketing activities and internal communications
- Providing ad-hoc support to senior leadership and covering key roles during absence

- Experience in an office management, operations, or team leadership role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and people management abilities
- Confidence with systems and software (Microsoft Office is essential; Sage is a bonus)
- A calm, approachable manner and a genuine passion for improving how things work
