JOB TITLE: Office Manager

JOB TYPE: Full time, permanent. Probation 3 months. Office based.

SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000

HOURS: 8:00- 17:00

LOCATION: Victoria

Duties involved but not limited to:

  • Welcoming clients and guests

  • Preparing documents and presentations

  • Day to day running of the office

  • Work with a range of individuals at all levels in the organisation

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence

  • Inbox and database management

  • Additional ad-hoc dutie

Person specification:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented

  • Self-starter, high level of motivation, ability to work independently

  • Presentable, punctual and reliable

  • Strong IT Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
