Office Hours - Monday - Friday / 8.30 - 5pm. 4 days a week would also be considered.
£30,000-35,000 per annum

Are you looking for a busy Office Manager role locally? This role includes managing the whole office facilities, basic HR support, Project Team and Director support and being the 'go to' in the office!

Responsibilities include:
Office Maintenance
- Act as the direct liaison to following service providers: o Ground maintenance o Window cleaner o Office cleaners o Waste removal
- Organise, coordinate and support entertainment requirements of the business (inc client lunches, employee events such a Summer Parties, Award breakfasts/lunches)
- Facilities (i.e., bathrooms, kitchen) stock control management (e.g., ordering, checking supplies, manage requests)
- Stationary stock management including reviewing individual requests and seeking approval as and when required
- Employee uniform inventory management, ensuring correct level of stock and sizes are maintained
Director Support
- Arranging travel including booking tickets & accommodation
- Arranging events including planning & booking meeting rooms
- Coordination and assistance of client entertainment
- Complete ad hoc duties/tasks at the request of the Directors
- Assist the Managing Director by generating social media posts and providing updates to the companies LinkedIn account.
HR
- Assist the Directors in providing a comprehensive HR administration service
- To act as a first point of contact for all employees on day to day HR queries and direct any complex HR issues to the HR Consultant and Directors without delay
- To provide an effective HR administration service relating to the employment life cycle - Sickness/Holiday recording
- To co-ordinate HR recruitment starter checks including DBS/ Proof of ID etc
Project Team Support
- Assist as required with operations and maintenance information to be collated as requested and issued to clients within any deadlines set
- Assist Project Teams with the generation of documents, document control and general administration
Skills required:
You will have proven relevant experience within an Office Management / Team Executive / PA type role and be able to demonstrate all the skills required above and have a great attitude towards supporting a large team.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Apps and Services, including good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have clear and efficient communication skills, both written and verbal!
