We are currently recruiting for a well-established based in Solihull, for an Office Manager. You will have responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the high standards of the organisation.

Duties and Tasks of the Office Manager:

  • Manage Administration team of two

  • Responsible for all Health and Safety

  • Maximise on sales opportunities

  • Developing customer and stakeholder relationships

  • Maintain business ledgers

  • Liaise with external contractors

  • Customer Site visits where necessary (when safe to do so)

The ideal candidate will posses the following skills

  • Experience in an Office Manager position

  • Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong communication skills
