JOB ROLE: Office Manager / Receptionist

JOB TYPE:
PERMANENT

HOURS:
8:30am - 5:00pm - Monday - Friday

SALARY:
£26,000 - £29,000 *depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Front of House Receptionist role with a busy switchboard

  • PA to two directors; European travel, full itinerary organisation and diary planning,

  • Admin support to the HR Manager

  • Providing administration support to wider team across the UK

  • Maintaining the office and board rooms


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Experience in delivering outstanding support to an office previously

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Proactive, trustworthy, honest, calm and professional
