Our client, a well-established property investment company based near Kingston is recruiting for an Office Manager with a lettings background to join the team.

Your role as Office Manager will include taking ownership of the residential lettings administration of my client's property portfolio and managing the running of the office.

The offices are modern contemporary and offer free parking.

Salary £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

My client will consider candidates who have a good understanding and experience within lettings administration

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Residential Rent Reviews preparation

  • Deposit Protections/Unprotections

  • Commercial Rent Reviews preparation

  • Commercial rent Invoicing

  • Property Repairs lists

  • Fixed Wiring Tests preparation

  • Pat Tests preparation

  • Gas Safety Tests preparation

  • AGM preparation

  • Incoming Tenants

  • Outgoing Tenants

  • Stationary orders

  • General Emails & Letters

  • General filing

  • Booking EPC'S or Asbestos/FRA tests (smoke alarms)

  • Updating appliances lists/purchasing appliances etc

  • IT proficient in MS Office

Candidates applying must have previous experience working in a similar role within the property/estate agency sector, possess strong IT skills, and ideally live local to the Kingston area.
