Oa Liverpool Street is extremely excited to be partnering with a global communications company in the search of an office manager. We are on the look-out for a quick thinker, problem solver and a genuine people's person. Someone who is a 'roll up your sleeves' team player. You will be naturally organised with a passion for building relationships and supporting your team with any task, big or small. You'll be an experienced office manager and will be proactive in leading a safe return to their London office, so experience of Health & Safety procedures is a must.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Office Management: Ensuring smooth running of the office at all times, managing the office and the supplies, ordering stationery and IT equipment, maintaining a high standard of office cleanliness

  • Record office expenditure and work with the UK Finance Director to manage the office budget

  • Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment

  • Maintain the condition of the office (including kitchen and rest rooms) and arrange for necessary repairs

  • Ensure meeting rooms are always clear beginning and end of day

  • Health and safety: Lead a Covid safe office return, implement and roll-out Covid related H&S procedures, maintaining security and health and safety procedures, health and safety checks and coordination

  • Front of House Answering phone calls, transferring/announcing calls, meeting and greeting clients and guests

  • Facilities management: Be the contact for IT, liaise with suppliers and contractors


EXPERIENCE:



  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Experience of dealing with Covid management within an office environment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly-used office packages

  • Strong IT and typing skills
