Office Manager/ PA

Location: London Bridge
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm - full time office based

This successful design company based close to London Bridge are looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to join their team.
You will be providing strong and reliable operations support for the office as well as supporting the Company Director with PA duties.
Duties:
- Welcome visitors to the office
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operations
- Maintain common areas and ensure always tidy
- Handle correspondence
- Oversee office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Book travel and accommodation
- Help organise events and conferences
- Collating and file expenses
- Organise Directors personal commitments including travel
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
- Train new staff member and liaise with all teams in the business
- Any other duties as and when needed
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role
- Minute taking and meeting agendas experience
- Confident IT skills
