Position: Office Manager
Location: Oxford
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week



A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen in a developing yet well established business in the centre of Oxford. This is a role of multiple responsibilities as a Office Manager so if you enjoy variety, like being the forefront of a business and have outstanding communication skills then this could be an excellent job for you!

You will work closely with the Administration Team, HR team, PA's and the facilities manager.
This company is all about collaboration, so being willing to step outside of the norm and work to achieve excellent standards.


To be successful in this role you will need to -



  • Enjoy working to and producing work of a high standard with strong attention to detail.

  • Arrange internal and external meetings.

  • Be polite and courteous when answering any phone calls or greeting clients in to the office.

  • Dealing with post, office deliveries, couriers, general office supplies/maintenance.

  • Assisting the facilities manager with general maintenance of the building.
