Job Title: Office Manager


Salary: £35,000-£37,000pa


Location: Liverpool Street


Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am-17:30pm

Could this be your next career move?



  • Provide Reception cover, answer the door and administer all visitors including providing drinks for visitors

  • Answer telephone to main line and take/forward calls as appropriate

  • Photocopying, scanning and filing as required

  • Arrange travel for office staff as required

  • Facilitate/service internal meetings including attendance lists and ordering, checking, serving up and clearing away of catering requirements

  • Facilitate external meetings including registrations, booking function rooms and any associated catering requirements

  • Book any restaurant requirements as directed.

  • Clear up and maintain tidiness of office meeting rooms and break out room

  • Order and control of stationery, general office supplies and publications as directed

  • Dealing with office utility suppliers as directed

  • Assisting with processing staff visas and passports

  • Administer Business Card-scan system as directed

  • Assist with office health and safety risk assessments working with our external supplier.

  • Compile letters, visa requests and other administration documents, etc as directed

  • Assist with any word processing, database etc requirements from staff as directed
