JOB TITLE: Office Manager

LOCATION: Northampton

SALARY: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

HOURS: Monday - Friday 08:00am-4:30pm

Office Angels are excited to be supporting a highly regarded construction company with their latest recruitment. They are looking for a Office Manager to join their fast-paced and friendly team, the role will be office based in Northampton.


  • Be the point of contact for staff.

  • Raising quotations for new jobs.

  • General administration.

  • Open the office in the morning.

  • Helping chase and raise invoices.

  • Monitoring general company email in-boxes and forwarding/archiving appropriate emails following company protocol.

  • Provide assistance to the managing directors.

  • Make sure all Health and Safety is taken into account.


  • Someone who has 2 years plus experience as a PA or Office Manager would be ideal.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Positive attitude.

  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working to strict deadlines.

  • Microsoft proficient

  • Able to work independently as part of a team
