Are you a talented Office Manager? Our client, a leading player in the property sector, is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join their dynamic team in Manchester City Centre. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your strong dictation skills to efficiently transcribe information, create reports and document important information - please note previous dictation experience is essential!

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing diaries and scheduling meetings

  • Assist with anti-money laundering and other compliance checks

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

  • Assist with HR administration including setting up new starters

  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office by managing office supplies, equipment, and documentation

  • Assist with preparation of marketing materials

  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive process improvements and streamline administrative procedures

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Administrator or Office Manager, ideally within the property industry

  • Adept at dictation and strong typing skills to ensure accurate and efficient documentation. Ideally using Bighands

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively

  • Proficient in using various software applications, including MS Office Suite

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs in all tasks

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from £33,000 to £36,000 per annum

  • Permanent contract offering stability and growth opportunities
