Up to £35k-£45k depending on experience

7:30am-4:30pm - Monday to Friday (Office Based)

  • Working closely with other managers to create a good and safe working environment

  • Assisting with company accounts

  • Managing relevant paperwork from site and recording data

  • Ensuring that internal audits are regularly undertaken and properly handled in terms of effective communication of non-conformance and filing

  • Liaising with H&S support company to ensure site inspections are carried out.

  • Providing information to H&S support company to compile annual H&S policy

  • Ensuring all company accreditation's are kept up to date

  • Issuing credit card information and collecting receipts/expenses

  • Being office fire marshal and first aider

  • Keeping office standards high and organised

  • Liaising with maintenance and cleaners

  • Ordering office stock

  • Organising training


  • Previous experience in similar role - office management/senior administration

  • Organised

  • Strong communicator

  • Ability to use own initiative

  • Looking to make the role your own

  • String MS office skills; Word/Excel

  • Committed to an office based role with an earlier start of 7:30am
