Office Angels are seeking a conscientious and reliable Office Manager to join a highly prestigious Royal Medical College. The client seeks to provide industry leading knowledge and education to key health care professionals.


You will be based at their prestigious, corporate London based office in Euston.


You must be available to start immediately.


JOB ROLE: Office Manager - Temporary possible perm


COMPANY: Prestigious Leading Medical College


HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday - this is hybrid role where you can work 2-3 days from home


SALARY: £19.00 per hour


LOCATION: Euston


CULTURE: Corporate offices, working within a friendly busy environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Working with the Head of Finance and Operations

  • Managing meeting room scheduled

  • Line manage the current Receptionist

  • Answering calls and escalating emails to the appropriate department

  • Responsible for sorting incoming post, and arranging couriers

  • Ensuring the reception area is always presented to a high standard

  • Managing cleaning arrangements

  • Ensuring the office areas are kept tidy

  • Taking lead on on- site catering and ensuring the schedule is up to date

  • Liaising with contractors as necessary

  • Maintaining sufficient office supplies

  • Organising company travel arrangements when required

  • Maintaining health and safety standards at all times

  • Provide admin support to team members when required

  • First aid and fire warden trained


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Experience of managing staff - Office management experience is essential

  • Highly organised nature

  • A polite and friendly disposition

  • Strong ability to problem solve, working well under pressure

  • Ability to build good rapport with clients and colleagues

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Good IT skills, competent user of Microsoft Office

  • Strong numerate and administration skills

  • Health and safety experience advantageous

  • Evening and weekend work when required
