We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, a leading building company in the west End. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's London office and provide support to their regional offices.

💼 Key Responsibilities 💼


Working closely with 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺, you will take charge of various office management and administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:


✨ General administrative duties such as typing letters, documents, reports, and specifications.


✨ Ensuring all outgoing documents are correctly formatted and aligned with our brand guidelines.


✨ Assisting with bid material setup and production using InDesign.


✨ Acting as the go-to person for fire safety and health and safety matters in the office.


✨ Conducting thorough staff inductions on company processes and procedures.


✨ Managing office supplies and stationary, ensuring availability at all times.


✨ Being the point of contact for clients, external collaborators, and visitors.


✨ Providing exceptional PA support to the London management team.


✨ Managing diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings for senior staff.


✨ Coordinating training and development activities, including course bookings.


✨ Maintaining equipment and managing PPE for the team.


✨ Collaborating with HR to maintain office policies and procedures.


✨ Overseeing office equipment and working closely with the IT department.


✨ Managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord.


✨ Designing and implementing efficient filing systems.


✨ Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for employees.


✨ Managing office fees, invoicing, and expense tracking.


✨ Assisting with workload and resource tracking for local staff.
