JOB TITLE: Office Manager



JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-time



COMPANY TYPE: Investment Management



SALARY: up to £30,000 per annum



HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm - Fully Office-based



LOCATION: Westminster, London




Responsibilities/Duties



The office manager has overall responsibility for supervising guest services to ensure visitor's satisfaction. Greet and cater for all visitor's (refreshments in meeting rooms etc).



  • Manage office meeting rooms - preparation, catering, cleanliness and diary management

  • Manage post and ensures that it is filed/scanned and handed to the relevant team

  • Deliver office support with daily administrative operations inclusive of office inventory

  • Oversee office filing system containing confidential/sensitive information

  • Support managers in their daily administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Coordinating with external offices in the procurement and management of office essentials

  • Answering calls and taking messages

  • Liaising with IT, building management, and Telephony suppliers

  • Generating reports and client facing documents



Skills and Experience




  • Receptionist experience required

  • The ability to perform all front office functions both quickly, efficiently and independently

  • Efficient and professional with excellent customer service skills

  • Proficient in MS office suite

  • Personable and confident communicator
