Office Angels are seeking a part time Office Manager for 6-12 months
The contract will initially be for 6 months with the possibility of extending it.
Office Manager
Salary: £19k per annum pro rata
20 - 25 hours over 5 weekdays
The role is based near Exeter. The use of your own car is essential as it is in a semi rural location.
You will have experience in supporting a busy team with administration duties, including invoicing, ordering, maintaining spreadsheets, as well as liaising with customers and contractors
Excellent customer service skills, ability to be organised and thorough, and proven record of admin skills is essential. Knowledge and experience of receipt bank/Xero desirable, especially within a construction related industry.
