Office Angels are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a growing Mens Healthcare brand based in Bermondsey. This is a great opportunity to work within a social, fun and friendly team.


Bermondsey | Temp for 3 - 6 months | 8am-5:30pm, Mon - Fri | £15ph plus exclusive OA benefits! | Office Based | Must be available to start immediately


The role of Office Manager is to continuously look to improve the clients London HQ and support their leadership team. The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall administrative support of the office in Bermondsey and will organise all social and engagement activities across the business.

Duties:



  • Maintain a clean, fun and organised space

  • Processing invoices and managing office budgets

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems

  • Assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents.

  • Order supplies and maintain office equipment

  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing room bookings, scheduling appointments, organising employee information, greeting visitors, creating HR letters

  • Coordinate social events such as monthly socials and holiday parties

  • Create all internal comms that relate to administrative information sharing and initiatives

  • Supporting with HR administration and operations working closely with the Recruitment Manager and People Director

  • Take ownership of the space and be creative!


Experience Required



  • Previous experience in an Office Manager/Coordinator position

  • Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships and liaise at all levels

  • Computer literate with MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach
