JOB TITLE: Office Manager (12 month FTC)
HOURS: 8:30am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri, 1hr lunch
COMPANY: A global, leading innovator in the technology sector
£32,000 per annum

Office Angels are excited to be supporting our Client based in Cambridge, who are looking for an Office Manager to join their friendly, supportive team for a fixed term maternity cover contract.

As the Office Manager you will:

  • Provide first class service to all customers and visitors in office, over the phone and via email

  • Manage diaries and expenses of staff and co-ordinate meetings and schedules

  • Co-ordinate travel both in the UK & overseas and organise team events

  • Process invoices, create presentations and produce analyses reports

  • Oversee the general office operation

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have previous experience within an Office Administration / Office Manager role

  • Be confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

  • Have experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
