A well-established financial services client is seeking a bright, proactive, and organised administrator who is keen to support the business with an exciting office move, be the go-to person in the office and support 3 directors with light PA work.

Job Details:



  • Office Manager (ASAP Start)

  • Financial Services

  • £28,000 - £30,000* Depending on experience

  • City of London - Office based

  • 9:00am - 5:30pm

  • ASAP Start - Beginning of December (Cannot wait notice period)

  • 9-month FTC initially with HUGE potentially to be made permanent



Job Spec:



  • Being based on Front of House you will be responsible for all reception duties

  • Initial project will be assisting with the office move and full office coordination

  • Answering all calls, emails, and letters

  • Diary and travel management where necessary for 3 directors

  • Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies and resources are restocked

  • Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures

  • Keeping records of office expenditure and liaising with suppliers

  • Meeting, conference, and event planning

  • Researching and writing reports and project work

  • Assisting with HR and associated staff appraisals and training



Requirements:




  • Available Immediately - To start beginning of December

  • Strong Office Assistant/Administration experience is necessary - Ideally 1-2 years

  • Reception experience would be beneficial

  • A bright, enthusiastic, and personable individual who has proven data entry and administration experience

  • Someone who is extremely organised, on the ball, with excellent attention to detail

  • A forward thinker who can use their initiative and work quickly and accurately

  • A proactive and hardworking individual with the ability to work with and support the whole office

  • An effective communicator who is capable of handling office coordination and project management tasks
