JOB TITLE: Office Coordinator


COMPANY: Research/ Tech Start Up


HOURS: 08:00am-17:00pm


START: ASAP


DURATION: 3 months (potential to become permanent)


SALARY: £12.00-£14.00 per hour


LOCATION: Walking distance from Old Street station.

Our client is seeking a super vibrant Office Coordinator to join their collaborative and creative team! They are a leading research company who support companies worldwide! They are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator who is ready to hit the ground running and immerse themselves into their fast-paced environment. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual who excels when working as part of a team, as well as independently.




DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Support with the day-to-day smooth running of the office

  • Organise meetings, appointments, office operations and procedures

  • Ensure that the office is presentable and that all workstations are in working order

  • First point of contact for all guests and visitors ensuring all visitors are welcomed into the office

  • Taking deliveries/sending outposts

  • Answering phones, taking detailed messages

  • Ensuring front of house area is always presentable

  • Supporting Office Manager and rest of the office with any potential admin or ad hoc duties that need completing

  • Setting up the kitchen and ensuring the kitchen area always stays clean


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Friendly and positive personality with excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Self-motivated and able to hold their own

  • An individual who is proactive, confident, focused, and efficient

  • Strong attention to detail is essential

  • Ability to lead and use their initiative in all situations

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, reliability and adaptability are key
