Office Angels have the pleasure of collaborating with our Livingston based client for a Office Coordinator to join a fast faced and innovative team. The role is perfect for someone who has experience in either a project management or organisational position. Livingston based, part time position, Monday - Friday, 5 hours per day, flexibility on hours worked (can fit around school hours)



Duties


Coordinator and liaison between all departments


Monitoring of general mailbox


Verifying orders with customers and clients


Diary and fleet management


Assisting with payment of invoices and account management



Skills


High level of attention to detail


Working to strict deadlines


Working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment


High levels of customer service and good communication skills
