Office Coordinator - Flexible Hours

Location - Office based, central Brighton

Pay - £10 an hour

Hours - flexible! The client can't offer full time all the time but is happy to work with what hours suit you.

Office Angels are partnering with a leading company in central Brighton and are on the hunt for an Office Coordinator to start immediately.

This is a varied role for 7 months, duties include:

  • Preparing rooms for meetings

  • Arranging office socials and parties

  • Keeping the office tidy, dealing with plants and recycling

  • Ensuring the office kitchen is well stoked

  • Dealing with staff engagement and sending out packages for any remote workers

  • General administration

This company can guarantee the hours of 9-2 (flex on timings) every day but happy to flex this with more in line with business needs.
