JOB TITLE: Office Coordinator!
COMPANY: Global Consultancy!
START DATE: ASAP
CONTRACT: 6 weeks HUGE potential to remain longer
HOURS: 08:00am-17:00pm
SALARY: £13.33 per hour!
LOCATION: Liverpool Street station!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Welcome visitors, answer telephone and handle incoming and outgoing post

  • Book couriers and deal with any related problems

  • Management of the information mailbox; ensuring emails are forwarded/actioned in good time.

  • Setting up meeting rooms and clearing away after they have been used

  • Assist with arranging catering for meetings/place orders

  • Maintain a contractor service manual and ensure it is kept updated

  • Support with any maintenance logs and escalating to Office Manager

  • Help setting up of events for the office

  • Help unpacking deliveries and putting away for the team

  • Staff refreshments within the kitchen environment e.g., milk, tea/coffee etc



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Excellent organisational, administrative skills, and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

  • Strong people person with strong customer service ethic

  • Good at problem solving and consistent/accurate in output

  • Calm under pressure whilst working to tight deadlines and good attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and effective time management skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and proactive in anticipating the needs of others and work on own imitative

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and share information appropriately and professionally
