As the Office Coordinator and Executive PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of the office and assisting the senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Screening and directing calls, emails, and visitors to the appropriate individuals

  • Organising and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.

  • Providing administrative support to the leadership team and consultants.

With your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that the office operations run efficiently. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.

This is a part-time position with a competitive annual salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000, pro-rata. The working pattern can be flexible to accommodate your needs while maintaining productivity.
