Our client who is an American based software developer / Tech company who builds gaming mobile app's for mobile phones is seeking a creative, proactive Office Coordinator.
You must be available to start immediately and work on a long term temp basis for up to 1 year.
Based in modern offices in the heart of the West End of London.

You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office. Making sure it is clean, comfortable, safe, and secure office environment and being the first point of contact for the team on office-related questions.

Pay rate: £17.00 per hour
Start date: Immediately - Monday 4th December (the client does shut for Christmas)
Duration: 1 years contract

Office/Home based: 100% Office based - 09.00 - 18.00 everyday
Overview of the role/Duties:
- Manage incoming mail and organise any shipping to other global office locations
- Support and Coordinate internal events and socials
- Support an office of 30 FTEs
- Manage Deliveroo company account, including adding and removing employees when needed
- Support IT team with meeting room troubleshooting
- Manage snack vendor, including ordering weekly snacks
- Keep kitchens and stationary stocked
- Support workplace team with our maintenance contractor with incoming requests, breakdowns and handyman requests
- Support workplace team with our cleaning contractor, carrying out audits and reporting any issues
- Assist in new joiner set up including badges, laptops, and coordinating their day one induction in the office
- Be point of contact for all stakeholders for office issues and queries
- Assist with hosting any visitors we may have from the US offices
- Coordinate with PAs for any support they may need when senior management is travelling
- Coordinate a weekly office catering lunch
- Assist finance team with invoices for energy provider, including downloading invoice and sending to account payable for payment
Experience/Skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Office Coordinator / Office Manager experience is essential ideally within a media company
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines
- Strong people skills - ability to listen, to communicate and to relate to others on a professional level
- Results oriented with and impeccable work ethic
- Self-motivated and positive - able to take the initiative to solve problems
- Exceptional eye for detail
- IT skills - able to use Microsoft Office and Emails
