Working to support the team in their day-to-day roles, you'll be an integral part of the office, adopting a 'can do' approach to all ad-hoc and relevant administration tasks

The role:

  • Act as front of house, greeting, welcoming, and singing in visitors

  • Taking, signposting, and directing telephone calls and forwarding messages as appropriate

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

  • Track stocks of office supplies and refreshments and place orders when necessary

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

  • Keep all office areas presentable, tidy, and free from clutter

  • Book meeting rooms and schedule office areas to prevent double booked rooms

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

  • Familiarity with office management procedures

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and be confident using an array of software's and systems

  • Ability to take direction well and work under own initiative

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

In return you will be entitled to:

  • A starting salary of £20,000 to £23,000 (negotiable at interview) per annum

  • Working hours of Monday - Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and Fridays 9am to 4:00pm

  • On-site parking

  • Holiday Allowance: 26 Days + Bank Holidays
