Our client, a global oil and natural gas company, is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join their Central London team on a temporary, part time basis!
This is a varied role, involving both office management and PA duties, including diary management, travel organisation, facilities maintenance, record organisation and supply inventory management.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving, supportive team, and utilise your strong administrative skills in a dynamic team.

Pay: £17 per hour
Duties
- Administrative support for setting up meetings
- Office Coordination
- Document preparation
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules
- Responding to queries
- Diary management
- Create email notifications, agendas for events and meetings
- Booking travel and accommodation
Person Specific:
- Must have experience in a similar administrative / PA role
- Must be available immediately
- Proactive and flexible approach towards work
- Friendly, can-do attitude
