  • Able to integrate within the team as well as working on own initiative.

  • To check and set up all meetings rooms with any refreshments and catering required throughout the day

  • Cleaning and clearing meeting rooms, ensuring there is enough turnaround time for the next meeting and ensure they are kept clean and tidy at all times

  • Organising and serving of Client refreshments and catering throughout the day

  • Ordering business lunches with catering supplier and check invoices

  • Ensuring the catering areas (including the staff internal kitchens) are kept clean and tidy at all times and all stock levels are replenished

  • Cleaning of staff coffee machines and topping up of milk/refreshments throughout the day as and when required

  • Ensuring stock levels of all catering and beverages are at the appropriate level at all times

  • Sanitising all areas used by clients and check all sanitising stations are replenished

  • Moving the meeting room furniture and folding walls and assist with room set up and preparation for client seminars and events.

  • Follow the cleaning schedule and keep work area clean and tidy at all times

  • Wash up manually and use the dish washer as and when required

  • Loading and unloading the commercial dishwasher as required
