Job Details:



  • Office Assistant

  • ASAP START - Must be available to start immediately

  • £21,000 - £24,000 *Depending on experience

  • 09.00am - 17.30pm

  • Role based in the London office and remotely

  • Global Pharmaceutical company


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • This role is a key part of supporting the office

  • Supporting senior stakeholders in the business and working closely with the PA's

  • Answering calls and emails

  • Dealing with client PO's and Invoices

  • Dealing with interal and external post

  • Uploading documents and key information

  • Extensive data entry and document control

  • Managing and maintaining the general inbox and dealing with supplier/client queries


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • MUST be available immediately

  • The ideal candidate MUST have some exposure working within an administration role

  • Incredible organisational skills and able to use initiative

  • A hard-working individual who is a team player.

  • Positive, professional and friendly approach, able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Packages including Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
