JOB TITLE: Office Assistant



JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent



COMPANY TYPE: International Pharmaceutical Distributor



SALARY: £20,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience.



HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm



LOCATION: Earl's Court, London



CULTURE: Friendly, hard-working, collaborative team



Responsibilities/Duties



You will be working as part of the Administrative team to handle all building responsibilities related to the Office upkeep and operations



� To handle all administrative liaison with other offices


� Responsible for the IT provision


� Log and record all documents received


� Provide support with phones, deliveries and handle couriers


� Support data entry functions


� Processing customer orders


� To order stationary and other requirements for the office.


� Deal with the post and visit bank and post office when needed.



Skills and Experience



� Good written and spoken English


� Computer literate, proficient with Word, Excel and databases


� Professional telephone manner


� Hardworking and eager to learn
