JOB TITLE: Office Assistant
JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent
COMPANY TYPE: Luxury Eyewear retailer
SALARY: £25,000 -£27,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
LOCATION: Clapham, London

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Working alongside the team helping with administrative duties across all wholesale accounts UK & International.
- Creating product sales lists that are sent to clients to generate sales
- Creating packing lists and liaise with the warehouses on deliveries (UK, NL & USA)
- Ensure accurate order details are logged and regularly updated
- Assist with end of month reporting and managing filing system
- Assist in creating and logging of all invoices
- General reception duties and upkeep of office stationery etc.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel skills- knowledge of basic formulas
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
