Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Bristol (Office Based)
Salary: £21,000 - £23,500

As a bustling centre of the business, no two days will be the same.
From carrying out Reception duties to events and diary management. Other duties could include;



  • Welcoming Visitors

  • Following up any invoices and payments in order to process company expenses

  • Working with the leadership to assist with on boarding of new starters

  • Assist with any monthly/quarterly annual meetings and events

  • General Housekeeping - to maintain a clean and positive work environment

  • Creating purchase orders to ensure all goods are signed off before purchase

You will need to be a proactive worker who likes to have multiple tasks and develop your skill set within the work place as this is an opportunity that will grow over time and allow your strengths to shine. You will need excellent interpersonal skills as you will be at the forefront of the business and give a great first impression. You will need to be motivated and have the ability to approach each day with positivity and optimism with the rest of the Bristol office.
