Job Title: Administrator (Welsh Speaking)

Temp or Perm: Temporary (3 months)

Location: Cardiff

Pay Rate/Salary: £8.92 - £9.55 p/h

Working Hours: Full time

Office Angels Cardiff are proudly representing a local business who are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will need to be fluent in both English and Welsh. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about utilising their bilingual skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for visitors, providing a bilingual welcome

  • Answering phone calls and emails in both English and Welsh

  • Scanning and filing of documents

  • Booking and amending appointments

  • Dealing with customer queries

  • Managing the building maintenance log book and reporting any issues to the Office Manager

  • Uploading documents to the company website

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bilingual in English and Welsh

  • Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal

  • Strong administrative and IT skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
