Our client is looking for someone to join their team on a 3 month FTC. They are a leader in audit, IT audit and information security training running training events around the UK and globally. Our client is well established and has been trading since 1978.


The Training Pragramme Administrator is responsible for the management of all company events logistics in the EMEA and APAC regions, reporting to the General Manager for EMEA and APAC. This includes taking responsibility for the operations and administration of 50 public training courses, 25 In-house training programmes and 1 conference across the regions. You will be responsible for end to end delivery of each event, ensuring that operational success is achieved.


The London team currently consists of a team of five staff therefore it is essential that the post-holder is willing and able to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of a dynamic small team environment.



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Contract negotiation (e.g. venues, suppliers etc.)

  • Delegate and trainer liaison; providing a premium level of service to both

  • Managing control of course costs to ensure profitability, without affecting the quality of the service

  • Reporting budgets and course evaluations

  • Ensuring the event schedule is kept updated and faculty, venues and IT equipment are booked

  • Booking transportation and accommodation for trainers and for conference speakers (via travel agent)

  • Confirming registrations with training attendees and issuing joining instructions

  • Liaising with trainers to ensure that training materials are up to date and delivered on time

  • Dealing promptly with trainer or delegate queries or issues as they arise



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • A minimum of 12 months experience of training programme logistics

  • Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail

  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills (written and spoken) with senior level delegates and trainers

  • Belief in customer service excellence

  • Ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • A proactive team player - who will constantly look to improve the service we offer and the team's efficiency and effectiveness

  • Positive attitude
