£10 per hour
Maldon, Essex
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm


*This is a temporary role with the potential to go permanent - permanent salary would be £24,000 per annum *

My client, a highly successful business based in Maldon are currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.


Duties include:



  • Respond to emails / phone calls for service & warranty requests.

  • Arrange service visits with the client and engineer

  • Issue service visit reports & quotes within 48 hrs

  • Update customers records

  • Keep service contracts up to date

  • Raise sales invoices and proformas

  • Arrange service works / call-outs dependant on contractual response times, urgency and customer location

  • Issue engineers with information prior to their visit - previous reports / information

  • Keep customers up to date with activities / actions

  • Sending quotes with lead times on the parts

  • Obtaining purchase orders from customers

  • Advise customers of work / account status & parts ETA

  • Scheduling engineers and confirming back to the customer

  • Liaise with Spare Parts Coordinator / Purchasing to ensure the part has been ordered and dispatched for the agreed date

  • Chasing service engineers for completed service reports & issue to customers.

  • Raise service visit invoice for customers

  • Monitor service activities for return visits required

  • Take spares enquiries via email / telephone / post

  • Administration within the department team as and when required
