Office Angels are seeking a Sales Administrator to work within a small friendly team in the Aston area to cover some holiday and absence. The role will be an immediate start to the suitable candidate and will be temping to then potentially be reviewed over the next coming months.

The Sales Administrator will be the point of contact between the customers and many other teams within the organisation. The responsibilities are listed below:

  • Maintaining and developing customer relations

  • Providing administrative support to the sales support manager

  • Responding to any customer enquiries

  • Ensuring all orders are dispatched in a timely manner

  • Liaising with colleagues across the wider group

  • Order processing

  • Providing some support to credit control

  • Resolution of invoice and shipping queries
