**Excellent new opportunity for an experienced PA to join a luxury beauty brand based in the West End to provide 1:1 support to the Chairman**


JOB ROLE: PA to Chairman


JOB TYPE: Temporary


COMPANY: Luxury beauty head office


HOURS: 9.00am- 5.30pm


SALARY: £13.00-£16.00 PH


LOCATION: West End, London


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Answering and directing all telephone calls as necessary

  • Full diary management for Chairman

  • Organising meetings and preparing meeting packs as and when required

  • Organising lunches/ dinners/ drinks

  • Booking travel and accommodation

  • Running adhoc errands

  • Provide general administrative support to team members

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Previous PA experience is essential

  • Well-presented and must have excellent customer service skills

  • Organised and punctual

  • High level of initiative

  • Proactive with the ability to multi-task

  • Experience working for a luxury beauty brand is advantageous.
