Seeking a motivated and hard working team player for a temporary Administration position based in Bridgwater, Somerset.


This role is being offered on a temporary basis, covering Maternity, working 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday with an hourly pay rate of £8.21.


This role will suit a candidate who is numerate, with good communication and data input skills. You will be working in a warehouse environment so will need to be accurate in your work and a team player.


As the Administrator you will be responsible for:



  • Ensuring all stock customers goods are processed in and out of the warehouse

  • Quality checking for amount of stock, damages etc

  • Inputting stock information onto the warehouse system

  • Completing the goods return log

  • Generating picking and packing lists

  • Printing delivery labels

  • Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly stock checks

  • Producing and sending out faxes

  • Assisting in daily admin of office

  • Recording goods in and out and stock checks
