DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Acting as first point of contact for any incoming calls - taking messages and directing calls to the relevant person

  • To assist PA with all administration support for the Chief Executive

  • Assisting with organisation of seminars and events

  • General admin duties, filing, scanning, printing and documentation

  • Adding new reports, events and publications to the company website

  • Managing order processing of publications

  • Ensuring database is up to date

  • Dealing with all email enquiries and RSVPs so events

  • Hosting, setting up an attending event

  • Working independently to undertake main role functions but also engaging with a team

  • Responsible for all administration, events, publications and research functions




SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Ideally a graduate or strong level of education to GCSE's/A level equivalent*

  • At least 1-year experience within an office environment

  • Strong IT skills and software knowledge

  • Articulate, strong attention to detail

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Providing diary management, booking appointments and managing meetings

  • Must be well presented, well-spoken and punctual

  • proactive, bright, someone with good initiative, good attitude and personable.

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
