Role: Team Administrator (Corporate)


Location: Leeds City Centre


Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM


Salary: Up to £21K


Start date: ASAP

Office Angels are proud to be representing this fantastic opportunity for a data savvy administrator to join a specialist team within a Global business. I'm looking for a detail orientated administrator with advanced Excel skills - you will be able to create pivot tables with ease and find VLOOKUP's a breeze. You will know which formulae works best for what the data needs to show.


Your high attention to detail will be utilised when processing and uploading data onto the system and when you're ensuring a presentation made on Publisher is perfect to the last specification.

Main Responsibilities include:



  • Liaising with the team in advance to ensure all future meetings are scheduled as per each SLA

  • High volume data input of information you will proactively gather by email and telephone

  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for the team

  • Compiling reports using Publisher (or Word) to be presented to the client and printing/binding as necessary

  • Creating presentations using PowerPoint and Publisher as required by the team

  • Attending team meetings and taking detailed minutes

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
