Switchboard Operator

Manchester City Centre


9am - 6pm

Office Angels are recruiting for a Switchboard Operator to join our legal client based in Manchester City Centre.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Keeping switchboard database up to date

  • Deal with incoming emails

  • Communicate effectively with all department

  • Suggest improvements and report faults when necessary

Previous switchboard experience is required for this role and applicants must be presentable with fantastic communication skills. Excellent general IT skills are essential and we are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced, busy environment.

Salary - £20,000 per annum

9am - 6pm
