Do you have knowledge of Street Works? Are you able to work to tight deadlines and priories your work load? If you answered yes, then Office Angels wants to hear from you. Our client is growing their team, so are now looking to recruit an Administrator to provide support to the Street Works Coordinators.


Primary duties are to liaise with the Street Works Coordinators to input and coordinate information on internal systems, issue job packs and undertake searches of utility Plant.


Duties will include, but not limited to:



  • Undertake searches of Utility Plant

  • Coordinate and input information onto internal systems, issue job packs

  • Assist with the Value for Money reporting. Transposing data from engineer's daily summary sheets to an excel template for weekly submission into Openreach.

  • Assisting with daily reporting. Calling engineers throughout the day to obtain a verbal progress report and then recording onto a daily report for submission into Openreach.

  • Assisting with Depotnet. Jeopardy management, running reports, entering data.

  • Assisting with Compliance. ID badge and exchange access requests. Updating training records, running reports.

  • Assisting with BT One Phone. Monitoring and running reports on SIM data usage.

  • Assisting with contractor invoicing verification. Cross referencing contractor invoices against Depotnet/timesheets/daily summary

  • General office administration; Filing, photocopying, scanning, answering calls, distributing mail, ordering stationery, office sundries, booking transport and accommodation as required.


Ideal candidate:



  • Knowledge of street works

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing

  • City & Guilds admin of Street Works desirable

  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritise work load

  • Experience of using Microsoft excel and data input

  • Willingness and ability to undertake relevant training

Team fit and excellent attention to detail skills are essential. You must be computer literate including experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
