Our client has extensive experience running complex and challenging rail operations, managing significant change programmes, and it has introduced more new train fleets in the UK than any other operator.

They are looking for someone who is organised and has strong attention to detail skills, to assist the team ensuring that the administration is kept up to date. The ideal candidate must have experience in using SharePoint!

JOB TITLE: Administrator

JOB TYPE: Temporary


SALARY: £10.55ph

HOURS: 35 hours per week

LOCATION: Blackfriars station

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a first-line support service, either by phone, e-mail or in person

  • Maintaining filling system

  • Use of whole Microsoft package including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Organising documents on SharePoint

  • Assisting to upgrade in house system

  • Transferring data over accurately

  • Assisting office with general administration duties when required

  • Keep up to date with current data protection procedures and ensure that they are followed at all times;

  • Record member renewal data received by phone, e-mail or post and create any relevant sales orders

Essential Skills

  • Experience of working as part of a team

  • Experienced in using SharePoint

  • Experience of working with a range of databases or CRM systems including all aspects of data gathering and migration, input and monitoring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently, undertaking a high level of personal responsibility and initiative as required within the role

  • Ability to manage demanding workloads including working to conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail

  • Ability to work with discretion and respect confidential and sensitive information

  • Excellent computer skills, including use of MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
