Job Title: Senior Property Manager
Location: Wimbledon
Salary: Up to £42k pa



Our well established client offer a fun and busy working environment is looking for an experienced Property Manager. You will be someone who thrives on working in a complex role managing priorities from clients, leaseholders, tenants, suppliers, and workforce. You will manage a diverse range of predominantly residential block and estate property across London, working closely day to day with your colleagues.
You will be working in an established team where you can focus on delivering high quality work. You will set a high bar for ensuring the company meet the legal and regulatory responsibilities while keeping excellent customer service at all times.
In this role you will have the opportunity to take on new challenges and you will work directly with highly regarded Developers across the city.



Experiences, skills and attributes required:
* Experience working in property management within a similar function focused on block and estate management
* You will be a clear and concise communicator in person, on the phone, and over email
* You will be flexible, able to work 'on weekend call' when required on a rota basis
* A strong understanding of the regulatory framework we operate within likely from working in a similar role before
* You will work to high standards often driven by your own motivation and determination
* A track record of managing clients and third party contractors
* You will hold IRPM at least to Associate level and you will have maintained the required CPD
* As a team player you will support those around you and proactively contribute ideas to continue to improve the team and performance
* You will be data driven, numerate and able to create and maintain a range of MI. This will be supported by appropriate IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite
* Effective project management skills
